Lace Market Clinic

LMC is a central nottingham osteopathy, sports massage and run coaching clinic. Established over 10 years ago we pride ourselves on treating each client as an individual and trying to get to the root cause of their problem.

Our services are split into 3 categories:

  • Osteopathy – for pain and injuries
  • Sports Massage – for performance & maintenance
  • Slow Motion Running Gait Analysis – to improve efficiency and reduce injuries in running.

Adam is our lead Osteopath, with over 15,000 consulting hours experience he specialises in the treatment of pain and injuries. He has a special interest in chronic pain and the lumbar pelvic and hip region. We have two sports massage therapists, Elaine and Liam. Elaine has a keen interest in body biomechanics, she is a triathlete and a black belt in kickboxing. Prior to retraining in Sports massage she had a 20 year career in the music industry and treats lots of singers, dancers and musicians. Ex-Notts County player Liam doesn’t let the side down with his sporting pedigree. He’s worked in health and fitness all over the world from Dubai to the USA and has a special interest in Sports Performance and Injury Management and is also studying Osteopathy at the College of Osteopaths. And with 20 marathons under his belt Tom is The Running Man, if you want to get geeky and talk about technique and resilience to injury through running efficiency he’s your man!
