Medical insurance and cash back plans vary significantly, however most will cover osteopathic or physiotherapy treatment. Some will also cover sports massage and acupuncture. The information below is accurate to the best of our knowledge, however, we recommend you double check with your provider and if possible set up a claim reference number before commencing treatment.
WPA will cover Osteopathic and Physiotherapy treatment however practitioners must be registered with WPA. Martynas is registered with WPA and can invoice directly to them. To do this he will require a claim number which you will need to set up with WPA before starting treatment. If you need any assistance please feel free to give us a call.

Healthshield is a cash plan. They will cover osteopathy or physiotherapy treatment without needing the practitioner to be registered. Policies vary and they will cover all or part of the cost of your treatment depending on your level of cover. Policies vary, you will need to check you have the ‘Therapies Benefit’ option included in your plan. You can check this by logging in to ‘My Westfield’ https://www.westfieldhealth.com/my-westfield.
If you have ‘Therapies Benefit’ Osteopathy and Physiotherapy are covered by default without needing the practitioner to be registered. You should book in for treatment with Martynas or Hannah, pay for your treatment as normal and ask for a full receipt which you will need to use to claim back your expense within 13 weeks.
